Chest felt good and sore following Day 1 of Destroy And Flood. Shoulders never get sore, triceps seemed a bit sore... All in all, I didn't over-exert myself and am very pleased with that.
Today will be Back/Biceps/Traps and it will be glorious.
Then Saturday is Legs/Calves... Strategically planned it to have Sunday to mend the broken spokes before work on Monday.
240 this morning. The 230's seem like trying to catch Barry Sanders...
