That is how I take all powders.. scoop in the mouth and swig some water. If you are lucky, you will get a small build up of the powder on the side of the scoop when it mixes with saliva from the mouth pour. It is a great end of the can snack...the can is empty and then you notice about a 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop worth of build up that you chew off the scoop to get the final dosing in. Winner winner chicken dinner
But if you’re motivated and dedicated then you do what you have to do. You can only eat so much chicken breast, rice and oats before that tastes like shit too, but you do it if you’re serious. Average people care about taste. Beasts care about results
True but beasts don't have to eat everything that tastes like shit! You can still make your food and supplemental intake tasty. Never understood the mantra of eating for building muscle has to be tasteless or taste like shit. If training for a show, different story. For the rest of us serious lifters that have no desire to compete, I can't understand eating foods that taste bad for "hardcore gains" or whatever. It's okay to live and enjoy your food =)
