Abs were screaming from the heavy crunches the other day and that caused me some challenges today in terms of being able to tighten my core during the movements. While I am a free weight guy for sure, I have to say that I have not found a movement that compares to the Hammer ab crunch for the abs. The combination of pulling down on the handles and pulling up with the legs is just magic.
Keep grabbing reps in the arms.
