Finally got a chance to try it today.
Used flavor #1 with 12 ozs of water.
LOVED THE FLAVOR.
Can't imagine using 8 ozs of water, I think that will be too little.
Excited to try Flavor #2 cause everyone is raving about that one.
Used it before the workout.
Next time, I wanna use it intra-workout.

Used it yesterday while doing the Rower.
I tried Flavor #2 with only 10 ozs of water.
Love this flavor more than flavor #1 but I think its better with 12 ozs of water.
Drank it intra-workout and post-workout.
I did 1 minute Sprint intervals with 1 minute rest in b/w. Total of 10 minute sprints.

Took Flavor #1 intra-workout with a scoop of Atomic 7 groovy grape cause IMO this flavor tastes like grape.
Mixes well with 12 ozs of water. I think it would be too sweet with 10 ozs or less.
I swear Flavor #1 tastes like Atomic 7 groovy grape.
Still think that 12 ozs of water is the best.
Drank this intra-workout, then Atomic 7 afterwards.
