Welcome to the Forvm! Maybe Higa can poke in here and help. But Block Arena on PH is a great start!
Bloch Arena gym on Pearl Harbor is great bro.
Or, try to stop at Mana Barbell near Sand Island.
They just won the "Team Award" at this past weekend's USPA Nationals in Las Vegas.
Ask for Jon Bareng, he is the owner and a Powerlifter.
Darrin Matsumoto is another guy you can ask for too. Tell them Higa sent you.

Over the years, thousands of packages have been sent out by Corporate...
Looks like I'll be joining this thread. Not officially enlisted yet, but will be as of next week. Going into the army as 11B with a Ranger option. Looking to do a short enlistment, then re-sign if I end up liking it, which it seems most people do. So, who knows?! I'm excited, but really nervous and have butterflies about it. I know infantry sucks, and there's really high highs, but even lower lows, so I'm just working on physical and mental preparation for that. I guess ditching cardio for the last few years was really a bad idea...
Thought I'd find this thread and give it a bump. Any new Animals in here who are also in/have served in the military?
Only place in Oklahoma I've ever been is Fort Sill, and I haven't been back in 10 years lol. I'll end up there the next year or 2 for a school that's only offered there, but that'll hopefully be the last time I go back haha. OK City is nice though, but that's about it
Been a long time since I've posted in here. Things did not go as I said they would above, and I've been enlisted in the Air Force for two years now. Currently deployed to Afghanistan, and after I get home, I will be getting my retrain package together to submit for a special operations career slot (TACP/JTAC). If anyone is here in the Stan currently, send me a PM.
I never saw this thread! Dang
I'm also enlisted. Two years in the Navy so far. Stationed in Southern Georgia. On thenFlorida/Georgia line.
If anyone is close hit me up, we can train!
I actually have a question related to the military!! Weird coincidence lol
Do pro hormones ornamdrocshow up on drig test? I want to try andro but don't want to get busted for dimb stuff.
Yes I have nothing either but your service is much appreciated in my family and support you guys no matter what!
It's dependent on the compounds in it. Typically anything methylated will pop hot as amphetamines, but you have plausible deniability if you have proof that it was the supplement you were using and not actual meth. I use them and have had no issues. Never even been questioned about it, so you should be okay. But keep in mind that this is only anecdotal and my own personal experience, and I'm not guaranteeing anything. Use at your own risk.
Just a reminder, we send care packages to all of our service men and woman stationed abroad with APO/FPO addresses, free of charge. Please spread the word. The form is over at:
www.animalpak.com/military/
Over the course of the coming months, we'll build out that page and our military engagement. One new thing currently under construction: https://www.instagram.com/animalmilitary/
More coming.
