Had a lot on my mind Monday and just didn't sleep too well, it happens from time to time. STILL crushed a PR! Some old habits revealed themselves during the lift, but regardless, I hit that shit! The old habit I'm trying to brake is not hip hinging early enough during the lift making the lockout look a bit gnarly. It really only shows up under maximal weight and I'll bust my ass to correct this issue. I haven't had this issue in a while and will not let it become habitual.

Ive never had anything bigger than 120's in any of the gym's Ive been in until Als, and the gym Im at now goes from 100's then skips to a set of 140's! WTF. The 120's are broke in half, and there is only 1 - 110! So hit a flat DB press PR of 140 x 10 today fairly easy. Got to get used to those and the big jump!
Hit this last Thursday. Was still draggin a bit, but NEVER got sick! I swear everyone was sick last week.

Db press 100 for 10 (rep record) two weeks ago.
Squat - 310 with some in the tank on Saturday (my squat has always sucked. However, proud to be in the 300's and heading upwards finally!)
Am in a meet in about 5 weeks so will hopefully have some more to tell then. Am also going full Westside soon so more rep / weight records will be set and hopefully broken!

Finally hit 405x1 on flat bench today.
i love the drive that we all have and the desire to lift heavier during successive workoouts. i believe that no one is truly complete unless self actualization occurs and full potential is attained. we find this actualization thru pain and agony and sweat for the extra five pounds on the bar or the extra rep. on that note i have recently deadlifted a personal best of 455x6 and benched 335x7 with an extra forced rep. these have been some pr's as of late for me. now, after seeing this thread i will be striving for extra reps and/or weight week after week.
also, big up to all the powerlifters and bodybuilders on this site doing there thing. big shit happenin on this site. that is exactly what differentiates us from your common, lazy person that know nothing about personal struggle to be better. keep on lifting bros
