Get the EliteFTS Belt Squat Machine. I own one myself and let me tell you, anything else doesn't compare! It's tough as fuck! It really grabs HARD at the bottom. Makes my legs feel absolutely amazing after using it too. It's a serious piece of beast equipment! Comes with a spud inc strap too.
Hit 465 for 6 Reps on Comp Deads for my 5th Set! My deadlift has been stuck but with everything I've been doing recently, it seems to be moving. Wasn't expecting a PR so I didn't film it =\

Pretty happy as the last time I hit this number I was 8kg heavier
Since this has been hella slow lately...I just wanna say that I FINALLY FUCKING PRESSED 365!
Though...to be fair it was to a 4 board, but my bench lockout has been weaker than coming off my chest lately, so I’m still gonna revel in that shit - at least until next weeks workout.
The other day I did some heavy singles for the bench for the first time in a long time. I worked my way up to 450, which surprised me.
Finally hit some kind of PR for the first time in a while recently - pulled 589, which is a 4 lb PR and was good enough to set a USPA state record for 242 sub masters. Normally I wouldn’t be too hyped about such a small PR, but I last pulled 585 well over 2 years ago, and didn’t fuck with anything over 545 from the floor in over a year.
Also benched 358, which is a PR over the 355 that I’ve done multiple times, but it got red-lighted for my ass coming up. Oh well.
