What does 430 gm of protein look like? I get 250 gm in on a good day and that’s with a shake or 2. What would your meal plan be for this?

You have to make better food choices, brother. If you´re already having problems eating a solid 250g of protein every day there is something in your diet that´s not optimal. I can eat 550g of protein from solid foods a day, no problem. No shakes.
If you need any help hit me up in my Q&A thread.
Rex I don't know if you realize it or not (or even care) , but you come off sounding extremely condescending when responding to a lot of these posts. I feel the guys here have shown tremendous restraint. You've got to understand you're dealing with a bunch of "Alpha's" here so, you might want to keep that in mind. Just some constructive criticism champ!
I don't agree. My view of his response in here, like all of his; are objective. To the point, addressing a question or topic directly. I reread his post and can't make out the slightest resemblance of anything that could be viewed as condescending.
Oh I definitely agree. Program hopping (whether it's diet or training) is one of the absolute worst things you can do and sure fire way to never learn your body.
Just got back to the States and started diet based on the numbers today, so we'll see where it takes me. Only variables for first 1-3 weeks will be protein choices. I've gotten my digestive system pretty dialed in over the last several years and know what foods I generally digest better and feel better with, so that'll be the only things I might change around.
Oh I don't think you CAN'T say Layne's name, I was just playing off of the other response. I personally like how he backs all of his thoughts with science and data. He can definitely be a little blunt, which I'm sure some don't like.
I don't really see 3,500 calories a TON. Just was a tad more protein/less carbs than I've had in the past.
Most meals are based on chicken, beef, eggs, or fish. All 10oz at least. Eggs are 1 dozen a day. I do have an Animal Whey shake in my post workout during my drive to work.
100% agree. If it makes me a 'brown nose' because I don't think he was be condescending in any way at all, then so be it. It doesn't benefit myself nor my career to brown nose a IFBB pro on a forum in a single way, so idk why it'd be considered that. But that's whatever.
Hey Hooks if you're happy, I'm happy!
Finally some action on da FORVM =)
I’m good with Rex. I need someone to kick it to me real about my diet. Training is the easy part. I need a swole German bodybuilder to follow me around the grocery store giving me dirty looks when I make bad choices and a curt little head nod when I pick up the right stuff.
