G'day everyone, names Nathan or Lazman whichever you prefer. I'm from Canberra, Australia. I'm 24 and have been lifting since I was 16. I love following bodybuilding and powerlifting, however my main game is strongman competitions. Currently I'm training to qualify for Australia's Strongest Man in the u105kg weight class. Look forward to engaging with everyone on the forum

Hello fellow Animals,
My name is Jack and I am 22. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I have been lifting for a few years now. I got really into heavy lifting as a collegiate athlete and after I attended my first ABC in Columbus. I am 5'11'' and 175lbs. My one rep max's are bench= 325lbs squat= 405lbs dead= 365lbs. I have been a huge fan of Animal products for years now. I have been to 2 ABC's in Columbus and look forward to this year's ABC. By becoming a member of the Animal Forvms I seek to expand my knowledge regarding strength training and increase my lifts.

How's it going? My name is Alex. I have been working out and lifting for quite a few years now but finally found my preferred niche in powerlifting and am working on getting my numbers up. I really like animal products and thought there was lots of information to be found here.
hey everyone , I have been waiting a long time to finally be invited into to FORVM and a little proud I can finally write down those lines.
I´m a 28 years old lifter from germany , nothing to special but full hearted and living it day by day - even on my job with a Masters degree in Healthcare management and a redicioulus amount of licenses for nutrition and training.
Animal is like THE bodybuilding brand to me and sometimes I wished I´d be living in the US to join more of the great events and have the chance to get my hands on the merch (shirts first)
all the athletes of the animal family are as hardcore as is gets , Frank Mc wrath was the first bodybuilder I ever saw in a Flexx magazine and Evan Centopani was the first I met in person at the Fibo like 6 or 7 years ago when it still was in cologne.
speaking about inspiration there is one name to call - Roman Fritz (Rex) - this guy is bodybuilding in person and if I ever lag of motivation I think about how hard this guy is on the grind and then I get my ass up thinking that I could do at least like 50% and push myself trhough any workout.
Not much more to say for the moment I guess - feel free to ask any questions if you got any and I will do my best to answer them
