May I ask then why so many companies, including this one, make so many bcaa products then? Is it just because they know people will buy them? Legit curious, not trolling (sad these days you have to specify).

I said: "supplementing BCAAs by themselves".
They certainly do have their place in conjunction with other products. For example enriching a post workout drink that already contains all 8 EAAs, whey isolate or, to be specific Universalīs torrent. You can even boost a mealīs BCAA content adding a scoop of BCAA to your drink.
But simply taking those 3 aminos by themselves is not going to do anything. Your body canīt build or repair itself with an incomplete supply of building blocks, so to speak.
I still really like Nitro =) I take two packs with some collagen protein (25-26 grams of protein I believe), glutamine (2 servings), creatine (3 servings) and hyularonic post-workout immediately after training. Everything is pure with no added flavors or any other garbage. Post-workout anything else just sits in my stomach causing distress.
Rex - not sure if you already answered this but i was curious: when you worked with Milos briefly, did you also do his training protocols (with the heavy duty sets, giant sets, and various tempo work) and also change your split to what he recommends ? i have seen a friend first hand run his protocols before and he was mixing all kind of tempos into the program (slow eccentrics, slow concentrics, fast reps, etc), but you seem to always have your own lifting "style" and rep tempos
I've added in two tablets of Beef Aminos with my first 4 meals prior to training. Really liking them! I seem to have more natural energy & recover better as well. Sooner or later I may bump it to 3 with each meal, we shall see I just worry I'll overload my stomach and get the amino shits. Aminos seem to work well with my system though.
*The Golden Age BBers used to mega dose EAA's, Glutamine, Taurine, Creatine, etc. It was all they had but was super effective for them.
Most people have horrendous diets and eating habits here in the US. We have Monsanto, a wonderful globalist company part of the new world order culling plan that pollutes our air, water, food and soil with countless toxins robbing them of nutrients. The majority of Americans are grossly under mineralized and lacking in vitamins. With myself, it's simply genetic. My father's side has all various kinds of IBS, it's simply genetic for me.
Only way to counteract this is to buy Organic and I'm happy to say, even the Monsanto supporting grocery stores are starting to include more Organic products in their stores! So good for them. Just wish people in this country would stop demanding cheaply manufactured crap food and force the agriculture industry to go pure and organic like overseas in Europe. Americans that visit Europe and come back say the food taste absolutely delicious overseas and is far better tasting then what we have in the States. The soil in Europe is the purest and best on the planet, perhaps that is why!
You know what, I think there is something to this.
I noticed it myself when Iīm in the US. The food is harder on my stomach. Every time I visit I get weird stomach discomfort for the first couple days. Then a quick "flush" (if you know what Iīm saying...) and then Iīm ok.
A friend of mine lives in Vegas now. His wife is from France. Ever since they moved to the US she canīt eat anything thatīs non organic. Any meats, dairy, breads... she eats that has been bought at Walmart e.g. will cause her body to react in some way. Rashes, bloating, diarrhea... At home in France she has no issues whatsoever.
