It’s a holiday weekend, so what’s on your grill? I’m smoking some ribs. The wife is making homemade mac and cheese with some smoked cheddar. We bought the cheese at an Amish market. I didn’t smoke it. I have yet to smoke my own cheese.

Grilling chicken today and pork chops tomorrow. Roasted asparagus, broccoli, and potatoes for sides.
Sliced zucchini and eggplant, basted with Ken's balsamic vinaigrette, on the grill.
Did an 8lb prime rib (bone out) for some friends, chicken wings on the grill. It was a good weekend. Nothing like giant chunks of medium rare beef to make you feel like an animal
