since i have been eating 12 whole eggs daily (6 at breakfast and 6 before bed) my cholesterol has shot up from 6 to 8.5. (bear in mind that the average reading is 4).
I spoke to my doctor about it though and that is the only variable that is fkd up. my kidney function was slightly off before when i was a student and used to drink. now ive stopped drinking and its back to normal. i only eat whole, naturalm, organic foods etc so the way i see it i am on the whole quite healthy.
the doctor did not advocate any of this. he simply said that it is hios job to tell me that 8.5 cholesterol is kind of worrying and that i should have a balanced diet. but he understands that i take part in an extreme sport. he has no right to tell me how to live my life but he just advised what national standards say.
its up to you at the end of the day bro.
but one thing i will say is to get everything checked regularly so one day if you do get seriously ill you will know what has caused it
