Wasn't feeling it at first, but took off my t-shirt (,of course I had a tank on underneath) and trained in my tank. MUCH different mindset once I could SEE the muscle working. Still have body fat, in excess, but after being "on the couch" for almost 6 months, I'm okay well that's my progress. Strength is coming along, in time...
