It’s great! It’s super fun and challenging. I’ve got my first tournament in a few weeks. Im sure that will be a huge learning experience.

Came up for open mat again. I was short on sleep and had to work a few hours before heading up. Still got some good rolls in and feel like I learned somethings.
Nice! Good luck! My son is done with wrestling season so I'm going to start taking him up to train with me on Saturdays. That will lead to the two of us being able to roll here at the house. We've got a small wrestling mat and some videos to supplement what we learn in training so it will be fun.

Got a few rolls in at open mat. I had a massage before which was a little different. I’m not sure I’ll do that again, the massage had me feeling a little sleepy. Still had a good night and we started putting together my game plan for the tournament.

I was a little late getting to class but still had a great night. Arm bar drills and some rolls. I’ve got the Proving Grounds tournament this weekend so I won’t be doing any lifting this week. Wednesday will probably be my last roll for the week too, not sure yet it depends on what Professor wants me to do.
