Best presses for delt development?
I am at a point in my training where I must explore other means to accomplish a task. This task just so happens to be keeping my delts big and round (nothing worse than an old fucker with "coat hanger shoulders")! For years I relied on presses behind the neck, seated militaries etc. but lately I'm ashamed to say Ive found a plate loading press unit manufactured by "Life Fitness" that totally beats the shit out of any free weight press Ive done. So tell me boys and girls what's keeping your delts big and round! LOL.
it certainly does make a difference!

ORI when doing rear delts what works best for you, DB's, cables or machine?

Hey Bean do you use a rack or the bench? I started doing them on a smith using a bench with no back support. I go way lighter but I feel them more.
