It was just one...and there were several hours between, but who knows - maybe I caught on to a "thing" lol
I've hit a couple workouts over the years after having a beer or two. Not drunk, but enough to where after a set of deads, I burped in the area of my wife within the gym and she turned and went, ''Where you drinking before this?!?!" I may or may not have hit a PR that day.
Hahaha like the people that slam a bottle of wine before getting on stage. This should not be done lol.

If for the nervousness factor...ridiculous.. Its like someone who needs to get drunk to ask a girl out....just man up....you've been training for this show...go shine.

I feel like a few drops of alcohol when in stage shape would just wreck you...but I've never been that lean so what do I know lol
I remember reading an article written by Ronnie Coleman when he was starting to do well, but just couldn't quite get dry enough to beat Wheeler and Levrone. He said Levrone was talking with him one night in his hotel room while doing a string of shows in Europe and told him he needed to drink a half glass of vodka. Ronnie thought he was bullshitting but Kevin was completely serious. Said he listened to him, drank the glass of vodka, and the next day took 1st place and the remainder of the shows in Europe. I guess as a diuretic? Idk
lol.ive read in muscular development few years back when big ronnie was asked about hes secrets to getting dry and loosing that last bit of water and he mentioned a trick that kevin levrone told him.at first he thought it was a joke but it was as simple as cold black coffee and some vodka.
