I´m not sure yet. Obviously there is the NY Pro in 6 weeks. Let´s see about that. Then there´s also one in Spain 3 months from now which would be a short trip for me... I´ll keep you guys posted.

Hang in there big guy. Spain next stop?
Servus Roman.
Was muss das muss.
took a few weeks but i made it through, thank fuck for google translate

i have been running this since reading your thread so around two weeks now, so cant comment much on progress, but i do feel leaner.
if i am not gaining mass should I up carbs or protein? what are your thoughts?
also, did you ever get a new car? if so what did you go for?
and thanks for the video series, very entertaining
thanks
Rich
Your setup looks pretty good. Keep running this for another couple, maybe 4, weeks in order to really be able to see what happens.
My first step is always increasing Protein. In your case I would up the Whey shakes to 70g each and all the meats to 200g. Again, go for 2-3 weeks see what happens. Next I would up the carbs. Oats to 100g. Rice portions to 80g. Again, 2-3 weeks to see changes and evaluate...
We got the 2017 Audi S3 limousine. It´s ok. I am looking into getting an M4 BMW but I don´t feel comfortable spending that much on a vehicle just to get me to the gym and back...
Videos are going to be coming more consistent. At least that´s what I would like to provide. Sometimes real life gets in the way though... :D
Thanks mate, i'll do that. Ive never eaten this many small meals before, usually 4-5 larger meals. It feels strange not being full, but like you said, you're not supposed to be full all the time.
Nice car, I had the same thoughts about price, which is why I bought my 3 series a couple of years old. Saved me quite a lot of money and feels like new anyway.
Yeah I found loads of team andro videos of you but theyre german so its hard to follow, good for training tips though
You're looking great btw, how do you feel about the indy pro placement? did you expect to come in higher than 6th? Of course you want to win but are you happy just to be competing at this level?
I hate being stuffed... But it´s part of the process... at least for me...
I just picked up an E63 Mercedes. I´ll drive it for a week, see how it feels and either buy it or not...
This is my own youtube series in English:

The placements, all of them, were right on. Maaaaybe you could have switched Luke and Iain but that´s only a very slim "maybe". Personally, I´m cool.
Yeah I saw that on instagram, nice car. How are you allowed to test it for that long? in the uk we get about 20mins in the car before we have to make the choice..
Im gonna have to up my proteins to 200g and carbs to 80g per meal because i'm starving the past few days. defo not enough food for me. puts me at 330gr protein and 360gr carb which is well over the x3.3 bodyweight
Kannst du dazu noch was erzählen?
