I tweaked my pec last week so I trained chest much lighter today:
Icarian Incline Press: hard set of 20 reps. 1 more set with same weight.
Smith flat press: hard set of 20 reps. 2 more sets with same weight.
Cluster set: 15 reps both lifts, 3 sets total. Pec deck fly into precor machine press.
Hammer strength military press: hard set of 10 reps stick with same weight for 2 more sets.
Cluster set: 15 reps both exercises. 3 sets each. DB lateral raise with BB upright row.
