Shoulder still feels a little wonky from the other day but seems to be ok.
Just going back a few pages and see that you train BJJ. How long you been training? I haven't been able to train as much as I'd like the past couple years. Wanted to change that this year, once our refueling outage was over, but the virus has closed the academy here as well.

Thanks man. Originally my goal was to lean up for a couple vacations we had planned. One in Mexico and one in Vegas. Now it looks like neither are happening. The Mexico trip we cancelled because my daughter is pregnant and due about the time of the trip. Anyway the virus has probably wiped both trips out for us this year.
