Intra workout & higher frequency training
Hey Evan, I wanted to gen your opinion on these 2 subject, I know you are friends and train a lot with John Meadows and have used some of his intra workout formulas so would value your opinion on these diet principles.
Do you believe in intrawork out nutrition? why is this so much more beneficial then just taking aminos pre and post ?
And more importantly, do you really need fancy carbs like highly branched cyclic dextrin in this formula? WOuld something like dextrose work similarly well?
In South africa highly branched cyclic dextrin is very expensive so would other sources like dextrose, vitargo etc do just as well?
Which aminos would you add, are just bcaa efficient or would essential aminos make that much more difference ?
then secondly. If training a body part more than once a week, if the next training day comes for that body part, but its still a little sore, would you still train it again a second time or would this be negative rather than positive?
