1. I eat gummy worms/gummy bears occasionally during my workouts in the offseason if I substitute it for my intra carb powders.

Two Zantac 150 and one prilosec in the AM, tums after a crazy spicy meal and two more Zantac 150 before bed. Does the trick every time with plenty of water. The tums are supplemental, the other stuff is regular routine.
Just two burgers from 5 Guys with cheese, mayo and ketchup. Pretty basic by really fuckin' tasty good!

The waitress told me before I ordered it that nobody has finished it by themself. I kindly looked at her and said are you doubting me!? She then saw her eyes raise when I demolished the whole thing within 10 minutes.
Easily over a pound of cheese and crust. Thing costed over $20 too.
