Protein...pudding?

Not sure what you would call this but i use it as both a pudding type snack when im watching some late night shows or when I need 40 g of protein on the go.

Either in a bowl or in a tupper wear bowl to go.

1 scoop Universal Casein Pro(chocolate Peanut butter Banana)
2 table spoons PB2(powdered peanut butter)
3/4 egg whites
Mash it up..........

eat like pudding.

Sounds good! I have never done it with egg whites before. I usually do Whey +banana puree + peanut butter

6oz greek yogurt and 1-1.5 scoops whey everyday
use it to glaze rice cakes

Easiest meal ever.

2 heaping scoops of vanilla casein
1 tsp of creatine
dash of cinnamon
4-6 tbsp's of Adam's Natural PB
about 1.5 cups of chilled water, to make it feel like more of a treat

I hit it like a dog eating hot chips
