What's been the hardest thing about getting back into the grind again? I know if I take some time off, getting up early to meal prep can be challenging
What do you feel are the best exercises to get shoulders bigger?
With your crazy schedule, what steps are you taking to getting your meals in. I know there are times you can't just stop what you're doing and throw back a meal. Also, seeing as you are focusing on adding back on the mass, how relaxed is your diet? As for training and working long hours, anything you're doing to keep your energy up, joints from hurting etc?? I know when my hours are long and I begin pushing weight my joints flare up on me.
Hit my goal 280 that's right
Going to cut down slow and see what I still got and if I still got it
Down to 265 looking better
Get it in there back today

hello eric.its ali.i have a question.my calves are 14 inches.i want to ask you some questions.i train at home.so i have a block for calves.and i put a bag on my back and put plates inside.and put a chair in front of me for balance.i believe when i use the wall to balance myself i cant do reps as much as using chair infront of me.so i only do standing calf raises.i train them once a week.they have their own day.i made a workout of 15 sets of calf raises.after each set i do 30 bodyweight calf raises.the rep range of calf vary between 10-20 may decrease by sets.so after i finished this routine i was sore for couple of days.i want to know what you say about such a routine is 15 sets of standing calf raises enough once a week.and what rep range what is the best.and i only own 37 kg in my house.my goal is biuld my calves.if possible some tips that fits my situation.& Thanks
I like high reps I say go to failure on each set don't set a limit of reps just go till u can't. Remember u should be changing the position of your feet on each set toes in, out, and straight. Also if u don't have tons of weight you can do static holds when u are at full range. Keep pushing
