yea thats a pretty damn impressive gain for 4 months, especially considering it was for reps, which idk how it compounds but i generally like to think every rep (in between a 1-10 rep max) is worth about 5 lbs. ie 175x7 would equal a 210 1rm, and a 195 7 rep max would be somewhere around a 230lb max which would be pretty strong. thats just my own kind of theory on it, idk what the actual formula for calcing a 1rm is but that seems to hold pretty true
and 20 lbs on the ohp in 4 months makes it even more absurd than a squat or something
