My Road to Show #2 - The NJ Suburban
Its that time again and I am ready for this. Did my first show back in August and won my class in both the novice and open heavyweight and then took 2nd in the overall show. Since then I have had the best offseason of my life hands down. I got up to 265 but leaner and stronger then I have ever been. I was able to stay vascular in my arms and legs which I have never done before. And the numbers I am putting up in the gym are better then ever. It was all attributed to my diet, kept in clean the entire time just added more food in.
So now its time to once again to put all of that hard work to show. Gonna be doing the NJ Suburban on April 7th. I am 14 weeks out right now and pedal to the fuckin medal. For those of you who know me best, I hold nothing back and leave it all out on the line with no regrets. Its time to get this shit going, no lookin back now....
