Since posting this I've talked to Stan and started implementing his ideas.
I have to say that so much of it is already done by many people but what he has done is made it more simple, added some very neat peices like the carots , OJ, and cranberry, and mentioned some very important things to do like blood tests and sleep.
As far as the eating easily digestable foods and things like that goes, I've learned a lot of that from many bodybuilders. I think the success in what Stan has done is he has packaged the message very simply and effectively.
As I have been in this industry for years and years, I've realized that most poeple dont want all of the information.
They dont want you to teach them how to fish. They just want the fish. People want to be spoonfed.
ANyway, I really like the book and see a ton of value in the simplicity.
