Bingo! Dual purpose as a work-out too!
I've tried this one on a couple of occasions:
1.5 scoops Vanilla Real Gains
1 scoop Animal Max (don't know what this is called nowadays)
20 oz chocolate milk
Ice
Blend and enjoy it with some Snackwells (gotta keep it clean), Oreos, or Choc Chip Cookies
5 eggs ( only 1 yolk )
1/2 cup of oats
200 ml of milk 3,5 % fat
2 big squares of dark chocolate 85 %
1 tablespoon of honey
4 grams of 100 % coffee
or
all those above +
1 banana
1 tablespoon of peanutbutter
some flax seed
1 cup of your favorite ice-cream
nasty, i know :)
I keep mine simple:
1 Banana
2 scoops whey (chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla)
Some fat globs of JIF Natural Creamy with Honey
some water
I've been thoroughly enjoying this one I came up with-
24 oz Skim Milk
4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Real Gains
1 Small Box Banana Cream Instant Pudding (Make sure it's INSTANT)
2 Graham Crackers
If you're trying to bulk more consciously, you can use sugar free pudding. The skim keeps it pretty clean.
Enjoy!
Here's one I use. A mix of all the shit I can find, and it tastes pretty good.
A cup of green tea (I normally let it steep for 10 mins)
A cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 large scoops of vanilla/strawberry weight gainer
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 cup of instant oatmeal
A handful of frozen mixed berries
A handful of spinach.
Loads of micronutrients, once you get over the chunks of spinach. Taste's awesome too, and great of us lactose intolerant lot.
How about this to start your morning off fellas....plus an awesome caffeine boost!
3 Heaping scoops Vanilla Animal Mass
2 Tbsp Whipping Cream
1.5 Scoops Advocare Mandarin Orange Spark
2 Small Oranges Peeled

2 scoops protein
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Caramel Apple Shake
2 scoops Salted Caramel Animal Whey
1 cup oats
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 large apple
apple juice
20 second pulse in the nutribullet
Nothing crazy, and I'm sure plenty of people do something similar, but I start most mornings off with...
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen fruit
1 scoop whey
Using frozen fruit gives it a really thick, milk shake sort of texture, and I'll change up the type of fruit and whey from time to time for different flavor combos
My favorite shake to put on weight is:
20oz Chocolate Milk
2 Scoops Animal Whey
1-2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Oats
Frozen Banana
Gains in a cup
Peach cobbler shake
Same basic stuff as the shake recipe I put above...but specifically with oats, milk, frozen peaches, and pumpkin pie animal whey. F'ing delicious...
2 Scoops Animal Whey (chocolate coconut flavour)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
banana
Blend it up... taste the goodness....grow
One I've been using pretty regularly as of late:
1 scoop brownie Animal whey
1 scoop banana Animal whey
1/2 - 1C oats
2Tbl pb
Shaken, not blended. Easy and taste great.
Simple yet effective
2 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
2 tbsp. PB
Couple drops of vanilla stevia drops
My go to breakfast right now
