New and questionable with Animal pak
Hey guys the name is Angel and I am new here. Real quick, im not suppose to eat carbs in the morning due to carb nite diet and I want to know on the animal pak which of these pills contains the 5g carbs in it? I want to remove it so that I can use the pak in the morning than on late afternoon.

Angel I'm assuming you understand the importance of carbohydrates and the role they play when engaging in the type of training that the athletes here advocate. With that being said, why the fuck would you follow a diet like that?
Go back and do your homework Angel! If you're busting your ass in the gym 4 to 5 times a week with any intensity using challenging poundages like any card carrying ANIMAL would your body is going to let you know YOU NEED CARBS! Now if you're following a fitness regime where you need to be concerned about 5 grams of carbohydrates I believe it would be safe to say you've come to the wrong place. Do yourself a favor Angel and take a little time to review some of the video content related to nutrition and food prep here. There's a wealth of knowledge here provided by some incredible athletes.
