Give some diet advices for a total newbie
Ok guys, joined this forum cause animal guys seems to know alot and the're all awesome.
So i'm 31 and started lifting 10 months ago, so yeah not even 1 year of lifting.
I have a desk job and over the years i did put some belly fat and fat overall so i've decided to change my life and start bodybuilding.
Here is what i've been doing with my diet lately:
Breakfast:
100g oatmeal
1 banana
2dl milk
2 whole eggs
2 eggwhites
Lunch:
200 g rice
150 g chicken breast
Veggies
Afternoon
Egg Omlet(2 whole, 2 eggwhites)
60 grams of oatmeal
2dl of milk
Preworkout
Vitargo 70g with(creatine)
Postworkout
150 g rice
150 g beef
Protein shake
Snack
2 scoops of peanut butter
Cottage cheese
I did not follow this meal plan for last 9,5 months cause i've been cutting my weight.
I was overweight with 97 kg and 175cm.
Now i'm 83-85 kg depends on day.
My goal now is to put some lean muscle so i want to know what else to change in my diet cause totaly new to lifting.
