Western Washington new guy
Hello there really don't know how many of you guys read this stuff, but I'm new around here. I live in Bellingham, WA. Raised here my whole life and work here as a welder. I'm Married and have a six month old baby boy, family is #1 period no exceptions. However I'm not here to really go into depth about that, I'm here to absorb information, give information and hopefully be able to work out with one or fifty of you guys whether your stronger than me or not.
I've been given the nickname "Animal" at the gym I go to by a groups of guys who workout together. I do have some animal shirts but I thought it was funny because I'm only intense during my sets. I'm the funny guy who makes dirt bike noises and robot sounds when I walk oh yea and I love Arnold sound boards and the prank calls. The guys at work like to push me around and make fun of the way I walk (joking fashion) because hey know I'm a joker and I laugh when there doing it. Sorry to ramble so much but just wanted to give you a good idea of who I am.
Oh yea I forgot to ask, how many of you guys like to listen to " heaven on earth" well click-in 500 lbs dead lifts? I don't know about you but I just get all jack up and excited. LOL
Not new just newly involved
What's up fellas. I've been on the forum for little while now but have really only been creeping around an thought I should finally get more involved. So anyway I'm 26 in knoxville, tn. Working towards my first bodybuilding competition. I'm Shooting for the Flex Lewis Classic in June and it's already a struggle. Love using the forum for a little extra motivation and knowledge. Most of what I see is powerligting based but I've found a lot of stuff works for me as well. Not to mention who doesn't get pumped to lift seeing and hearing about what other people are lifting? Ok so anyway I'm looking forward to getting after it here and bringing my world and the forum a little closer together.
Looking forward to the ride...
Hey guys, I'm Brian, almost 40 from here in FL. Former personal trainer that got out of it the past few years due to job & stress. Went the wrong way with dealing with it, but changing it back to how it should be now. Looking forward to starting a new journey, getting back to being where I should be. I know I will probably not get back to where I was, but I can definitely start something new...
