I use Chocolate, but have heard great things about all the other flavors. It mixes very well and goes down smooth. so I would assume the others do too. Just remember that if you arent satisfied you can send the flavor you got back to Universal...

I still have some EAA Stack and Nitro left so I'm just using them pre-workout and before bed, respectively, until I run out and then what you see above will be my only supps.

- stak 45-60 mins. pre-workout
- pump/nitro 30 mins. pre-workout
- nitro immediately post-workout
- m-stak 4-6 hours after stak (minus the red pill)

"am currently cutting down, really trying to get sub 10% - but is a hard slog. I am currently using Pak, Cuts, Mstack and a some of (boo hiss) non-Animal BCAAs.
I really went through the pain and loved every minute of it to get a lot of mass on, most of which clean; now I really want that mass to show. At the moment I'm sitting at about 12% bf - and am running on a calorie deficit - all clean proteins, very low carbs - have been running this for two weeks so far. Am happy with the way things seem to be going, but I was hoping you could advise if MStak, or the original Stak would be the better of the two to help me maintain that mass."
I started my stak with cuts and pak,please tell me if this stak is good for shedding fat while preserving lean muscle.

30 min postworkout PWO shake
First meal - pak/omega
I would say switch the Torrent out for Lava. Lava has less carbs and more protein than torrent, and less overall cals. Also, I would move omega to before bed time and when I mean bed time I mean right as you jump into bed take your omega (I usually take mine with a casein shake, the EFA/Fats in omega slow the digestion of the casein even further).

Also have some Whey protein for after my workouts.
