Notes:
Felt like I lost some on the pushups, we'll stick with the 20lb vest and grab reps from here. The stay at home order was extended to 5/30 here in IL, not sure what work will decide yet I guess they're talking to Pritzker's office about the phase in, might give me another 5 weeks.

Taking the day off.
One of my buddies gave an anecdote about how he had developed an emotional connection with his refrigerator a relationship, that was unexpected and a surprise during this pandemic. He described it in great deal as a sort of courtship.
I shared this with my workout buddies this morning and suggested we start our summer cut tomorrow and 2 of them having much the same experience jumped on it. Basically we take a weight tomorrow morning and we start. 6 aerobic sessions and 6 light weight lifting sessions a week and removing 2 daily servings from our pandemic inflated meal plans. With a timeline of out to May 30th which is what the stay at home order was extended to.
So tomorrow we begin!!!

Although I am going in tomorrow, looks like we're shut down again till the 30th, so back to doubles. My shoulder flared up so I'm going to go light and high reps and keep working on slimming down. Yesterday was 185.2 @ 16.6% body fat and the target weight is now 179.6.

Notes:
Right shoulder felt funky today so kept it light on the overhead press just to get blood flowing. This pandemic has caused me to reconnect with an old friend that I have not seen in decades. We're planning on meeting sometime late in June when things open up. I am doubly motivated to bring the best version of myself. It's a nice motivation.

Feels like I'm tightening up got to get a weight soon. We're back at work so I'm going to take some lessons from this and continue to incorporate small sessions in the basement. It's just no big deal to drop down to the basement and grab 10 sets of a movement or two. No excuses.
