I feel rough this morning, I didn't even make it through it all. My legs were shaking....luckily I got to haul furniture from the basement all night.

Leg Curls – 4 Sets Of 15 Reps 90lbs
Stiff Legged Deads – 4 Sets Of 10 w/ 225
I tried for the front squats but couldn't hardly move

The move is but I am up 20lbs, feel like shit and off my schedule man. I am going insane and getting weaker by the minute.
yeah man I am doing some big things in the background w/ Seath and once I get moved and my office set back up we will be posting some more things. I just hate feeling like this, all that work I did to lose the weight adn I fucked msyelf back in to where I am now.
I just want to work out again, crazy to think its my last week in Ohio. Been in this state for 35 years.
I finally got back in to training this week, on Monday I worked out at the apartment. All I had available is a stack loaded pulldown and row machine. I did a ton of reps since it wasn't that heavy but I did enough to get sore and I feel like it at least loosened me up enough to get my groove back on. On Tuesday i went in and hit some overhead work w/ a bit of chest at the new facility, yesterday I hit squats and it felt good to get back under a bar. Tomorrow is arms and maybe some deadlifts.
Week 3 of BB training going well, week 1 of diet...starving and struggling...it will get easier

Alright...I made it back home. I am disgusting and gross so the focus is back on. This should be my last trip. I finished up my year long leadership program, got my promotion and moved. So from here I just put my year in and hope to get to the next level.
