Your diet looks extreme House... I read all the post here and wow, 8 times a day fish, 5 days with no carbs and the carb up days just 60 grs, DEMN....
Since you are in that kind of diet during the last month before contest, what supplements do you use during that month?
And also must important what supplements do you use during the last week before contest...
I´m hitting the squad exercice in the smith machine going lower with my hams touching my calves at every rep, And I notice lot of improvements in my hamstrings area, do you squad like that?

I just checked the results from the show and saw that you took your class, the show, and the pro-card. That's such a huge accomplishment and I offer you my most sincere congratulations. I couldn't be happier than to see it go to you as you are a genuine guy and a hard worker. That and your with Universal! Hahaha.
