Na, i been doin back, arms legs the last like 2 months. The day after i benched i went to warm up with db lateral (15lbs) and saw stars and had to drop db. the doc said no pushing or lateral movements. tried rear delts today with back on machine, bothered me a little bit only did 1 set.
im gonna wait till after the 6th to see what the fucks going on with it.
