      Gatorade perform low-cal during workout
      A myoplex shake after workout.

      Getting ready to exchange the real gains shakes with a gain-fast and a hard fast shake
      Going to exchange the myoplex shake with a lava shake
      I am curious if I can use storm in place of the gatorade during my workout?

      Timing is as follows:

      Cuts - Upon wakening, prior to AM cardio. Second pack 4-6 hours later.
      Atomic 7/Gatorade - During AM cardio.
      Pak - With breakfast (Pro & Oats)
      Omega - Lunch
      Flex - Dinner
      Stak - 45 minutes prior to workout.
      Rage - 30 minutes prior to workout.
      Pump - 15 minutes prior to workout.
      Nitro - Immediately preworkout. Also after weights and before cardio.
      Atomic 7/Gatorade - During postworkout cardio.
      Uni-Liver - 4 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
      Beef Aminos - 4 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
      Egg Aminos - 2 tabs, 3x daily, with food. In between bigger meals.
      PM - 30-60 minutes prior to sleep.

      Also supplementing with Vitamin C, Probiotic/Digestive Enzyme Complex, and Fiber.

      Animal Nitro: 2 packs postworkout
      Animal Flex: 1 pack with Meal 6
      Animal Test: 1 pack with Meal 5
      Universal Ultra Iso Whey: 2 scoops as Meal 5
      Universal Pro and Oats: 2 scoops as Meal 5
      Universal Shock Therapy: 2 scoops preworkout (only have a small container of this which will last a week then gonna switch back to Animal Rage)
      Universal Torrent: 4 scoops postworkout
      Universal Storm: 2 scoops 20 minutes after Torrent

      Then I will also be adding in Universal Atomic 7 intraworkout very soon

      Universal Nutrition EAA Stack (watermelon and fruit punch)
      Universal Nutrition Real Gains (chocolate)
      Universal Nutrition Kwik Energy (I take two throughout the day, and while 700 mg might not hit a 220 lb man as hard as smaller people, I'm trying to cut back)

      I'm going to add Natural Sterol Complex once I get my leg healed up and ready to do heavy squats/deads.
