      I workout as soon as I get up in the morning so here is how it goes...

      Morning/Pre-workout

      6am- Animal M-Stak
      615am- Animal Pump
      630am- GH Max
      645am-workout
      745am- Torrent

      Posworkout

      Animal Pak with meal one around 830 or 845

      Take 2-3 servings of real gains. It is usually meals 3 and 7.
      I take extra Vit C with meal 2.

      Bed

      GH max
      Melatonin

      Thinking of adding mstak or test, donno. I can't seem to stop gaining so ill wait til the plataue. I looked at my last measurmsnts from the health store in may this past summer and I was 185... Scale last night... 212.3

      I workout at 3:30 am so my supp stack goes like this:

      Early Morining
      Pre-Workout: M-Stak, N1-T
      During workout: Shock Therapy mixed with Storm and BCAA stack
      Post-Workout: Storm mixed with BCAA stack

      Late Morning
      Protein Shake, Animal Pak with 1st meal

      45 min. before meal 2: N1-T, CLA and Glutamine pills

      Animal Pak with meal 4

      45 min. before meal 5: CLA and Glutamine pills

      Protein Shake and N1-T before bed

      I try to keep it simple

      breakfast-shake consisting of 25g whey, 25g egg white powder, 1 serving udos oil, 5g cre mono, 1/2 cup ground oats, 16 ounces milk.

      pak with my first whole meal

      PWO before cardio-1 serving of EAA stack

      6 uniliver with every whole meal

      im trying to keep everything whole and natural. breakfast is my only un-whole meal of the day.

I rely on sheer will to make it through workouts. Sometimes, if I run across extra money, or a promo that I win I get to take other stuff but thats about it.

      Trust me bro... I've been there many times. You've gotta make the best of what you've got and keep it simple. If your will is strong enough and your game plan is sound, you'll surpass those with more resources regardless. Peace, G

      Today is my last day of this stack

      I am on my last day of N1-T and all I can say is I've made my best size and strength gains yet while on it.

      Pak with first meal of the day.

      N1-T, 24mg ephedrine (and shock therapy if it is an early morning workout) 30 min pre-workout.

      Storm, EAA Stack, and WMS immediately pre-workout.

      20g Pure hydrolysed protein, WMS, and Creatine Mono immediately post.

      N1-T and melatonin 30 min before bed.

      A mix of gemma protein and milk protein isolate throughout the day (roughly 4 scoops).

      I will be starting ZMA tonight.

      i say you could do that, or you could stack it with Universal Iso stack, so that you are spacing out your doses of Flavones. However, it is time for
      Iso stack to be reformulated, Im callin for it, it is redundant with N1-T, just like the old mstack was with stak 2.

      But this is a great thread, i love seeing everyones stacks.

      i am guilty of a little overspending as well, but hey, everyone has a passion, gotta blow your hard earned cash on somethin rite?? lol

      6A - Whey/Oatmeal/Natty PB/Banana shake

      645A - Animal Test

      7A - Pre workout Storm/EAA Stack/Gatorade Powder

      830 to 845A - Post workout Storm/EAA Stack/Carb Slam/Glutamine/Gatorade Powder

      930A - Pak/Fish Oil with meal (or PWO Shake depending on what is going on at work)

      1230P - Flex/Fish Oil/1g Vitamin C

      9P - ZMA/Melatonin

      I do use Uni-Liver also, 4-6 with each meal. I have yet to get in the habit of a bedtime shake.
