Now this cookie is somewhere on animalpak.com but its a pain in the ass to find so heres the magic formula...
simple as this...
mix 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp splenda
now shape it like a cookie and microwave it for 4 mins then let it sit for like 2mins. once its pretty firm put 2 Tbsp peanut butter on top and enjoy with milk or protien shake for 12 grams protien, 33 grams carbs and 340 calories. I personally enjoy mine with a chocolate protien shake. If you have any personal recipes for us to enjoy PLZ let us know bodybuilder gotta stick together.
damn! i put peanut butter on my over sized version of the cookie. sooo good!!! 70 carbs 650 cals and 24 incomplete grams of protien, also 25 grams of healthy fat, hey im bulkin its ok!
i made one like this the other day: 1/2 c. oats, 1/4 c. water, about 3 tablespoons of splenda, and about 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder(the unsweetened ground up cocoa bean used for baking). let me tell you it was AMAZING, better yet, have coffee with it. .....mmmm so good
I just made these w/ protein powder, i couldnt find any splenda in res. so i threw in half a banana... turned out soo good. (Think G's pancakes in cookie form)
i just made one, cooked it with the pb inside, it was suprisingly good but i think id liek ti more with the pb on top...mnaybe ill do one tbsp cooked in it nad one on top...also mix it better next time and one more packet of splenda i think, but all in all it was a great recipe...plan on making more
probably someday ill jsut make a big batch of like 21 of these and freeze them in tinfoil and add my pb on top when i take them out

Totally forgot about this Cookie, gave it a go just now and its too good to be true! (with honey and PB butter)....seeing as im dead broke too, a couple of these a day will help my gains, and my pocket.
