I had a journey in this section a while back, and I ceased the updates as I grew busier and busier...the notes stopped, but the training kept going. Well, here I am, 14 pounds later, ready to let you in on my training.
I've recently made the switch from a bodybuilding perspective to more of a powerlifting perspective. I've started a powerlifting team at my university and I've been getting some great advice from the sport's locals and officials. I have gained a considerable amount of muscle density after I stopped worrying about exact numbers of reps and isolation exercises. I feel stronger and better than ever and I hope to bust a few records in the sport.
This will not be a daily log of events, but rather a summary of my thoughts, trials, and tribulations throughout my career as a power athlete.
