And bloody good they were too, you did a grand job Mr.C.
I think G captured more of the seminars than anything, so it offers another perspective from what us lucky enough to be there, witnessed on a daily at the gates of heaven, sorry, i mean the cage.
Thanks brother! as it being my first cage experience, i was taking pictures of EVERYTHING. lol.

For all the doubters who said it couldn't be done, I hope you can see my middle finger from the stage when I'm posing at 265 ripped to the bone, with a chip on both shoulders. -machine
It's coming fellas. Unfortunately, prolly not till next week. And they won't be entire seminars--way too much bandwidth. More than likely, mini-clips, but many of 'em.

i hate to ask a dumb question but when the lad deadlifted 900 are those bands on the bar in the rack and if so how is that still 900 no disrespect i just am a lil confused
My back is big enough to have mine, i dont need you.
Maxes Bench:305 Squat:425 Deadlift:475
The bands were attached to the bar, the blue bands will give 135lbs if they are 5'6 inches off the ground, not sure about the green bands, a bit less. It gives you a bunch of spring off the deck but stops at the knees, sort of like a dead stop almost. He also used no straps which shows good grip strength. It was def a heady lift, even with the bands. Only a few people have ever deaded 9 bills from the deck, and most of them SHW. Lad is good in all 3 lifts for sure. 900 of the deck can only be done by 4-5 men on the planet right now.
Frank, Benedikt, Bolton, and two europeans whose names escape me. Lad showed great pull strength during that lift without question.
