Yeah, i had that revelation today too. I KNOW i am still rather new on this game and not the strongest PL'er. How can i be after training seriously for 7 months? But today in the gym one of the huge guys was there. He was doing his usual rounds. Impressive weights on all exercises, but i do not see him WORK. He just does his rounds and puts in 'some' effort. I might bench half his numbers, but at least i am always chasing those limits and pr's (off-days not counting ofcourse =)) I hate ppl that have such potential, but NOT use it.
Back at the World's Gym for another one eh E? Looks like you made a full one of it too. Do those pull downs behind the head hurt your shoulders at all?

Yeah my bro wanted to trian there again so I said why the fuck not. Chris, the owner, let me train for free. Naw no shoulder pain here. I only throw them into my workout every so often to avoid that shoulder pain people get from doing them. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
