How do you like cable laterals as opposed to using db's? Im not a big fan of using cables on much of anything to be honest. I dont know why...but I rarely ever use cables. I tend to lean more toward db's and bb's for some reason, LOL. We do follow the same logic as far as goin for volume with this exercise. I found that when I started doin at least 4-6 sets on presses and side laterals, my shoulders had no choice but to grow.

Everyone is so impatient for my leg workouts-lol. Trust me I almost died. My bro looked at me like I was fuckin retarted and insane to be doing what I was doing. I like throwing in cable movements every so often. I hold the cable behind my back and not in the front. i feel it hits my outter delts more. Really helps isolate the shoulder. Trust me I am a huge fan of freeweights but a lil change never hurt nobody. Give it a try sometime and let me know what you think. But if it's bad results I don't wanna know about it, only good things-lol

I killed my legs yesterday. My brother trained with me once again. At one point you could just look at him and he had this look on his face like wtf is wrong with u. Maybe it was because I was drenched in sweat, could barely breathe, and hanging over the Hack Squat like I was gonna fall over. I fuckin love it. My session went as follows:
Legs:
Supersetted:
Squats: 135 x 30, 225 x 15, 315 x 12, then it began 455 x 12, 315 x 10, 225 x 8, 135 x 20
with
Seated Hamstring Curls: 1 warmup of 30, then 2 hard warmups of 15, 12, then 12,10,8,20
I was fuckin dead already fellas. Felt liek pure death. Having the feeling of not being able to catch ur beath sucks
Superestted:
Hack Squats: 2 pps x 12, then 3 pps x 12, 2 pps x 10 , 1 pps + 25 x 8, 1 pps x 30
with
Smith Machine RDL's: My back was so fuckin tight I had to do 3 x 12
Supersetted:
Leg Extentions: 1 warmup fo 12, then 12,10,8,20 (the last rep I held for 10 secs at the top and then went down for a 10 count)
with
Lying Hamstring Curls: 1 warmup of 12, then 12,10,8,20 (the ten were done single leg)
Standing Calf Raises: 3 x 50
Abs:
Lying InclineSit Ups: 3 x 20
Hanging Leg Raises: 3 x 20
