Legs were getting more and more sore by the minute while I was at work last night. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but def feeling the effects. The cut is going good. My diet is on point and when I look in the mirror I see the results that I am looking for.

I did Chest and Bi's yesterday. Was feeling very energized for my workout yesterday. Also got to test a new Universal supplement yesterday- can't reveal its details yet, but it's def gonna be another sick ass product. My workout was as follows:
Chest:
Incline DB Flyes: 20's x 30, 35's x 15, 40's x 12, then 55's x 12, 40's x 10, 30's x 8, 25's x 20
Flat DB Press: 80's x 15, 110's x 12, then 120's x 12, 80's x 10, 60's x 8, 40's x 20
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 2 pps x 15, 2 pps + 25 x 12, then 3 pps x 12, 2 pps + 15 x 10, 2 pps x 8, 1 pps + 25 x 20 (10, rested 30 secs. then another 10)
Old School Pec Deck: 3 x 15,12,12- I would flex and hold it after each set to really squeeze out my pecs

Bi's:
Standing DB Curls: 1 warmup of 20, then 3 x 12,10,8
Steated Preacher Curls: 3 x 12,10,8
Standing Cable Curls: 3 x 12,10,8

Done. Hit the showers, got dressed and headed to work. Legs were getting sorer and sorer as I sat at work. Today I'm off and Friday I'm off from my night job so I will hit back then. Then rest Saturday and Sunday- maybe hit cardio one of those days. Until next time....
