I just started almost same stack but I'm not using pump at the moment..

I'm going to start taking pump as soon as I'm finished with no xplode..

What do u mean by stagger? Like I said before the idea of taking Stak before you train is to get the feel of the hormone boost.
well in that link I posted previously it said to leave 3-4 hours in between the time you use Cuts and the time you take Stak. I was just wondering if it was best to follow these instructions or your instructions where you said to take Stak 45 mins prior to WO and cuts 30 mins prior to WO

Basically when D-half says stagger he is saying "taking at different times" or "seperated", I start my CUTS and STAK stack next week for my 7 week outing from my show!
I agree with the others in staggering these two together, here are my supp/paks arsenal for week 7-5.
Weeks: 7, 6, and 5
A) 6 am Animal Cuts up awakening
B) Cardio at about 6:30/6:45 am depends on what day and how long I want to do cardio in the morning!
C) Cardio done let's say 7:30 am
D) 8 am B-Fast: 1 Animal Pak, 1 Animal Flex, 1 Animal Omega
E) Through Out Day/Work: 3 Servings of EAA Stack in gallon water w/ 10g glutamine
F) 11 am 45 min Before Lunch: Animal Cuts
G) 4:30 pm 30 minutes after last bite of w/o meal 1 Animal Pak (I know I know you only really need 1 Pak, but I feel safe and comfy on my training days taking 2 PAKS)
H) 4:45 pm 45 minutes before training Animal Stak
I) 5 pm 30 min B4 WO: 1 Animal Pump, 1 Animal Nitro
J) Start training at 5:30
K) During WO: 1 Serving EAA Stack with 5g Glutamine, 1/2 serving Storm
L) Post WO: 1 Animal Nitro, 1/2 serving of Storm
M) B4 Bed: 1 Serving EAA Stack with 5g Glutamine, 3 Universal ZMA
I take my two servings of CUTS within the 4 - 6 hour time frame of one another (recommended), and I keep them (2 servings of CUTS) staggered/separated from my STAK 3-5 hours (recommended) and I am still able to take my STAK 45 min before my workout!
Animal Pak first thing in the morning
Animal Test 90 mins preworkout
Animal Stak 45 mins preworkout
Animal Mstak 30 mins preworkout
Shock therapy 15 mins preworkout
BCAA stak durring the workout
Immediatly after 2 paks nitro and torrent

Yo man I really like this stack! However I don't buy nitro anymore, I feel it's too expensive. I just get all my aminos from my EAA Stack, Uniliver (28 a day), and My off-brand whey and casein which has aminos in it as well. I'm interested in hearing how this stack works for you!

See i used to take a shake before bed, but due to my diet/calories and I am cutting back on protein shakes only having 1 a day for now until 3 weeks out no protein shakes what so ever only whole food!
I will keep you posted, I will post results on my jorney!

Yea same here, right now I only have two protein shakes a day. One at work, and one before bed. And of course torrent after my WO - some may or may not consider that a meal in itself.

Hi. i'm new to this whole thing so bear with me please, haha. heres my workout....i do muay thai and jiu jitsu every day once i wake up. i do it in a class, so coaches teach it and it is very strenuous. a lot of cardio is involved. i then go to work for the day. after work i go to the gym and do a lifting session. my question is....when should i be taking my staks and paks? i currently have m-stak, stak, and pak. thanks for the help.

You could take Pak with breakfast or any meal, and you could take M-stak in the afternoon or anytime between meals, and you could take Stak 30 min. before your lifting session.

The first thing that comes to mind with the thermo green tea is that you should get your green tea from a natural source - Drink it bro! That being said, I'd throw in flex and uni-liver. Those two (along with pak and omega) are staples in all of my stacks. I would go real gains instead of uni-syn - unless you're sensitive to carbs. No ST/Storm or Pump?

Animal Pak - Take with first meal of the day
Animal Test - 1 pack with meal prior to training
Animal Stak - 1 pack 45 mins before WO
Animal Pump - 20 mins before your WO
I'd pick up another can of Stak and run two cans of test and stak back to back.
Save the M-Stak for when you run out of Test and Stak. When this happens, start taking M-Stak 45 mins before your WO.
