Looks good, although I think one animal pak would be best. If you're diet is in check (which it should be), then one pack is all ya need. And where is your omega?

I really went through the pain and loved every minute of it to get a lot of mass on, most of which clean; now I really want that mass to show. At the moment I'm sitting at about 12% bf - and am running on a calorie deficit - all clean proteins, very low carbs - have been running this for two weeks so far. Am happy with the way things seem to be going, but I was hoping you could advise if MStak, or the original Stak would be the better of the two to help me maintain that mass."

I used it while on Keto... and stayed thick and full looking. Well as thick and full as one can look when carb depleted! Its just now starting to kick in I think...

I'd keep the original M-Stak. Also, I'd consider replacing the BCAAs with the EAAs--your brand of choice, of course. EAAs have been shown in studies to help preserve lean mass among lifters.
I started my stak with cuts and pak,please tell me if this stak is good for shedding fat while preserving lean muscle.
Morning - Cuts
preworkout 30 min- Pump
preworkout 15 min- Nitro
intra - Nitro
postworkout - Torrent
30 min postworkout PWO shake
First meal - pak/omega
I would say switch the Torrent out for Lava. Lava has less carbs and more protein than torrent, and less overall cals. Also, I would move omega to before bed time and when I mean bed time I mean right as you jump into bed take your omega (I usually take mine with a casein shake, the EFA/Fats in omega slow the digestion of the casein even further).

Nitro - Pre & Post Workout
Pump - Pre workout (bout 15 mins after I take the first lot of nitro)
Also have some Whey protein for after my workouts.
Cant wait to start taking them and building!!
