This is my first post so please be gentle. I found this great forum in a can of Animal Flex and joined up right away. So, here's the situation and the goal. I'm currently deployed with the Army and I want to gain muscle and strength while getting rid of the monster truck tire around my middle. I'm trying to stay as Paleo as I can, but the mess hall can only get you so far. And five or six meals a day ain't gonna happen. I've made some awesome gains in the gym but I think I've hit a plateau. I've also lost quit a bit of weight, but it's not coming off the tire and I'm afraid I'm losing muscle overnight. I generally hit the gym first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because the gym is empty and I don't like lifting with that full feeling. Makes me want to hurl. I've just added a couple more items to my stack, so I'm not sure how they're working yet but I read on here about Animal Rage and I think it would be just the ticket. So, I'd like to see how my current stack rates to see if I'm on the right track. So here it goes.
Universal Shock Therapy (pre)
Universal BCAA Stack (sipped on during workout)
Universal Storm combined with Protein (post, counts as breakfast)

Yes, will be taking Test 1 hour out, Stak 45 minute out and Shock 15 minutes out. I am currently on Pump / Rage combo, but to be honest. I like ST better than Rage. So I am finishing off about 5 more days of Pump, then jumping back to ST. I will say I like the focus of Rage, but ST just kicks in better, and I get a better pump with the ST over Pump. I will go back to rage, because I got about 1 1/2 tubs of it left. But we will see how that goes. i want to try ST / Rage one day and see how bad the dual stims kick my ass.

I hear you on that. Im still a huge shock therapy fan. What flavor are you using? I alternate between rage and shock, either blue raz or citrus.
I see your using L-Carnitine.I thought about picking some up- must be good with Rage?
Yeah, the citrus flavor of the carnitine mixes nicely with rage. Ive actually been using 7-10oz water and drinking it down instead of the 3oz rage shot. Taste good so i'll drink on it for 2-3 minutes.

ST is Blue Raz right now. I mix it with the A7 watermelon and it is amazing. G Deisel led me on to it so I call it the "G Deisel Shake".

40-60 min Preworkout: oatmeal + whey isolate
20 min preworkout: Animal Rage + 2 gm creatine
end of workout: 1 pak Animal Nitro
20 min postworkout: 1 serving Storm + whey isolate + carbs
1 hr postworkout with breakfast: Animal Pak
As needed at dinner: 1 pak Animal Flex

Sounds good. On off days when I need a kick I use less water, but pre workout I use 5-6oz water.
