      Morning: Before shower
      VEMMA liquid multi vitamin, Universal NOX3, UNIVERSAL ripped fast, 72mg Concerta, Alegra D, ANIMAL flex

      With all meals: 1/2 tsp Flax seeds, 500mg Fish oil, 500mg CLA oil

      -Nitro G during or postworkout.
      -ZMAPro before bed.
      -Omega when it comes out.
      -1g Vitamin C 2X's day.
      -RealGains 2-3X's day.

      Trying to cut. Our chow hall is hard to figure out food goodness so i usually go with whatever i think is best.

      Cuts in the morning upon waking up
      (Depending on the day cardio bout an hour)
      Animal Pak
      Breakfast- pack of tuna, handfull of peanuts
      snack - protein shake
      Lunch - Marine Corps Chow hall
      Snack - More peanuts and a piece of fruit
      Cuts and Pak
      Dinner - Chow hall
      Workout
      Protein shake
      Fruit/bed

      Pak + Flex + Green Tea Extract in the A.M.
      Uni Liver with meals
      Shock Therapy before workout
      EAA+Storm during workout
      Torrent Post workout
      Omega EFA x 2 a day
      Pak with last meal on training days

      Looking at maybe adding some Nitro for good measure.
      Dieting over. Time to GROW baby!!!

      Whenever I have to wake up:
      Pak
      3 NOX3
      2 N1-T
      500 mg Vit C
      Fish oil

      3 uniliver with breakfast

      45 minutes prior to workout
      test
      2 N1-t

      30 minutes
      3 NOX3
      Storm/Shock
      w/Nitro or Nitro G mixed in water bottle and taken with.

      Post:
      Torrent
      BCAAs

      3 Uniliver taken with everymeal
      3 RG shakes taken throughout the day
      Food, I'm eating while I am posting this.
      1 gal of water on non workout days 1 1/2 on training days

      Bedtime
      500 mg vit c
      Fish oil
      Flex
      RG Shake with 2% milk (slower digesting) and 2 scoops of peanut butter
      3 GHMax
      3 mg Melatonin

      I will be taking M-stak and Stak together when I am finished with Test then continuing M-stak with my next 2 cans of Test.

      tried pak..unfortunatly, too many pills for me...but just to follow up, the real gains before bed seems to be working nicely..i'm not even that hungry when i wake up...so i guess thats good

      very good. bro...I tried it for 2 months and noticed some nice differences...lifts didnt go up, but size did.

      If you're interested in my take:

      Pak and Flex are good. I'm definitely going to add Anima Omega when it comes out myself.
      Nitro G PWO, good.
      Real Gains, good.
      Food, yes, the most important factor.
      Vitamin C, should be no problem.
      ZMA Pro before bed, if it works for you, keep it.
      Pump and M-Stak, preworkout is good.
      Stak and/or Test I think it too much.
      I'm not a scientist. Nor am I a leading expert on toothpaste though I find the thought strangely appealing.

      Hi brothers,
      I've been working out for some time now. Just beginning to try my hand at supps other than protein powders ( I value food above all else when it comes to nutrition) .. I've tried a couple of 'breakthrough' products in nice little fancy boxes which just went as far as turning out to be a total waste of some hard earned cash ..
      I've never tried Animal products before .. but you guys have a very inspirational website going here .. read a lot about the 'foundation' that gets a lot of talk here - Animal Pak. So, willing to give it a shot now. Now, I'm not a bodybuilding guru .. but didn't quite get the part where you say Animal Pak's gonna make me stronger. Isn't the basic function of vitamins to see that our organs function properly ? Where does strength come in here from ? Sorry for a dumb question !
