- The 2013 NPC Natural Ohio Bodybuilding Show in Lakewood, OH that out own Flash419 is competing in is the same day. So I am suggestion we do a 2:00 PM start time. The gym is about 15 minutes from the show for those attending. Pre-judging is at 10 AM and the finals are at 5:30 PM so there is time in between to lift and eat. http://www.daveliberman.com/april-2013-poster.pdf
- Also OSIG has a monolift, 3 squat racks, chains, bands, strongman equipment, prowlers, hammer strength, DB's up to 175 lbs, and much more. This gym is sick.
