I will be 55 next month and keep striving to increase my strength. I train alone in my garage gym and have a nice assortment of basic equipment that I have collected over the years. Power Rack, Elite FTS Yoke Bar, several different benches & bars, pitbull farmers walk implements, westside pulling sled, over 1,700 pounds of olympic plates, etc... My current lifts are: 405 Squat, 275 Bench, 515 Deadlift, 160 Standing Overhead Press. I'm 5' 10" @ 206 pounds. I pretty much stick to the basics and always seem to struggle with how I want train. (always searching for the magic program that doesn't exist) I hope to gain, and maybe share some knowledge here on the forum.
