Im new to the whole powerlifting lifestyle so my stats are ridiculous...before i discovered this forum..i was just in the gym..getting through the motions..mostly on machines inatead of free weights....got me nowhere..
Anyway, here we go.
Stats:
Bench: 154
Dead : 220
Squat : 110
This is in Lbs...not Kg
All are 1rm
Yes, i know...feel free to laugh...
Anyway..im actually scared to push beyond those numbers...i guess fear of failure...
Any tips, tricks, motivation are greatly appreciated
